What is collected
When you submit a contact form or complete the commercial real estate assessment, the information you enter is collected: your name, email address, phone number, company, the property or market details you provide, and your answers to the assessment questions. The page you submitted from may also be recorded.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a conversation, and keep a record of the request in a customer relationship management system. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It may be shared with the brokerage and with service providers that host the website, process form submissions, and operate the CRM.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and may be copied into Pipedrive, the CRM used to manage inquiries. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use privacy-respecting measurement to understand how pages are found and used. Embedded third-party services, such as scheduling and audio players, may set their own cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Assessment results
The assessment organizes the information you submit. It does not produce a property valuation, a financing approval, an investment return projection, or legal or tax advice.
