What is collected
When you submit a contact form or complete the commercial real estate assessment, the information you enter is collected: your name, email address, phone number, company, the property or market details you provide, and your answers to the assessment questions. Standard technical information such as your browser type and the page you came from may also be recorded with the submission.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a conversation, and maintain a record of the request in a customer relationship management system. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes. Information may be shared with the brokerage or with service providers that host the website, database, email delivery, and CRM used to operate it.
Transactional email is sent in response to your submission. You may unsubscribe from further email at any time using the link included in those messages.
Assessment results
The assessment organizes the information you submit. It does not produce a property valuation, a financing approval, an investment return projection, or legal or tax advice.
