Pasco retail vacancy was 5.1% in the third quarter of 2026, and $258 million of Pasco retail sold over 12 months. Construction in the report includes the 326,157 square foot Monin plant at Zephyr-Rail Industrial Park, Dade City's first Chick-fil-A on US 301, and Double Branch retail under construction at I-75 and SR 52. Vacant commercial land in the report sold from $115,385 to $1,107,955 an acre, and Pasco retail asking rent averaged $24.93 per square foot.
